Fueling your body with the right foods can transform your health. We make sure your relationship with food is a healthy and nourishing one.
Having a plan in place is crucial in creating new habits around healthy eating. We explore your culinary strengths and work to create a meal plan that supports you without stressing you.

Step 3. FInd Your Fitness Groove
Working out is essential not only for your physical body but for your mental wellbeing.
Physical movement strengthens the body and also relieves stress and provides mental clarity.
We create a program that easily fits into your busy schedule, and is tailored to your specific likes and strengths.
How we work together
We set up a time to talk once a week to celebrate your achievements (because there will be many), and uncover where you may be stuck. Together we’ll create a clear plan for the week, breaking down your goals into small steps, so you’re never feeling overwhelmed.
We’re always working on building momentum and weaving in accountability because I know temptations lurk at every turn. To have someone who has your back, guiding you, motivating you, and keeping you honest at all times is integral, especially in the beginning.
We work together as a team, getting you from where you are today, to where you want to be.
